Key Responsibilities
Operations (Female only)
Coordinate end-to-end tour operations (hotels, transport, sightseeing, guides).
Liaise with vendors, hotels, airlines, and transport partners for bookings and confirmations.
Prepare tour itineraries, vouchers, invoices, and travel documents.
Ensure timely execution of bookings and services as per client requirements.
Handle customer queries related to operations before, during, and after travel.
Monitor tour execution and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain vendor contracts, rate sheets, and operational records.
Administration
Manage office administration and daily operational reporting.
Maintain files, records, and databases (vendors, clients, bookings).
Assist with billing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and accounts teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.
Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and basic documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Any Field.
Experience in travel operations or tour coordination preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure during peak seasons.
