Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Create high-quality and professional
PowerPoint presentations
and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Draft and manage business correspondence, emails, and documentation
Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal teams or external clients
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely follow-ups on action items and deliverables
Assist in organizing internal reviews, business meetings, and other strategic planning activities
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action plans
Maintain files, records, and ensure all documents are up to date and accessible
Support in basic data analysis and preparation of performance dashboards or summaries as needed
Perform general administrative duties as required
