Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



1.

Prepare, issue, and manage all client agreements, renewals, and terminations.

2.

Coordinate with clients for agreement renewals, payments, and compliance requirements.

3.

Manage office supplies, stationery, and consumables stock levels.

4

. Prepare daily/weekly reports on client occupancy, maintenance issues, and operations status.

5

. Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and communicate updates professionally.

Key Skills & Qualification:



Strong communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and documentation ability .Understanding of compliance and business documentation standards .Proactive attitude with problem-solving approach. Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Management 1-3 years of experience in coworking / facility management / office operations preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,199.51 - ?25,000.00 per month
