Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation:

Operate and control production machinery according to standard procedures.

Machine Setup & Adjustment:

Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines for different production runs and monitor settings to optimize performance.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs on machinery to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, process issues, and errors during operation.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate production logs, activity logs, and records of raw materials and finished products.

Teamwork:

Coordinate and cooperate with other team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with manufacturing machinery, production systems, and the ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.

Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for detail to ensure product quality and proper equipment operation.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems related to machinery and production processes.
