3-4 yrs:
Manage and support production-grade OpenStack environments (Nova, Neutron, Glance, Keystone, Cinder, Horizon, etc.)Perform daily operations: provisioning, upgrades, patching, incident response, and troubleshooting
Automate operational processes using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Bash, or Python
Ensure system observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or ELK stack
Maintain high availability, backup, and recovery strategies
Collaborate with DevOps, platform engineering, and network/security teams for seamless cloud operations
Maintain documentation, playbooks, and runbooks for operations and incident response
