Guest Assistance:

Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Handling Guest Inquiries and Complaints:

Addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Maintaining a Welcoming Environment:

Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Communication and Coordination:

Communicating effectively with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure guest needs are met.

Security:

Being aware of suspicious activities and following safety protocols.

Payment Processing:

Handling guest payments and verifying credit card information.
