Job Description

Duration: 12 Months initially Designation: SQL Server Database Developer SSIS/SSRS Location: Bangalore, IN Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical specifications for ETL processes and reports. Develop and maintain ETL processes using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract data from various sources, transform it into the desired format, and load it into target databases. Design, create, and manage Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity by fine-tuning queries, creating indexes, and monitoring database health. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Continuously enhance and maintain existing ETL workflows, reports, and data models to meet evolving business requirements. Provide regular project updates to business analysts and management. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or 7+ years relevant development experience. Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a SQL Server Database Developer, specializing in ETL processes and database architecture using Microsoft SQL Server SSIS and SSRS. Proficiency in SQL scripting and experience with complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization techniques. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and database design principles. Proven ability to work with large datasets and handle data integration challenges effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Demonstrated experience of project estimation and planning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
