Experience in manual + automation testing
Comfort with API testing (Postman, Swagger, logs)
Hands-on with tools like Jira, Selenium, TestRail, Playwright, or Cypress
Strong in test case design, user scenarios, and exploratory testing
Ability to report bugs clearly, reproduce issues, and collaborate with devs
Bonus Points
You've set up your own test automation framework
You've led UATs or client-side testing initiatives
You've caught regressions before production did
