Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HMC/VMC Operator to operate and maintain Horizontal/Vertical Machining Centers. The candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, loading tools, and running CNC programs to produce precision parts as per drawing specifications.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate HMC/VMC machines. Read and interpret engineering drawings and CNC programs. Load and unload workpieces and tools. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (e.g., vernier, micrometer, height gauge). Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments. Maintain daily production logs and ensure quality control. Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade. 2-5 years of experience operating HMC/VMC machines. Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) preferred

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
