As a Fresher/Interns/Juniors at FireFlies Legal LLP you will be involved in substantive legal work from an early stage, working closely with senior lawyers across litigation, advisory, and transactional matters. The role is designed to provide real responsibility, professional mentorship, and steady skill development.
You will:
-Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, applications, notices, opinions, and agreements
-Assist senior lawyers in court matters, client conferences, negotiations, and strategy discussions
-Review contracts, case files, and legal documentation
-Support case management, filings, and compliance with procedural requirements
-Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and timely manner
-Gain hands-on exposure to real client matters and court practice
-Receive mentorship and feedback from experienced lawyers in a collaborative work environment
-Build a strong foundation for long-term growth in legal practice
