Job Summary



In this Job, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate the matchmaking process while driving service sales. This role involves proactive engagement with potential and existing customers through phone calls, meetings, and consultations. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and a high-quality matchmaking experience.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients to explain our services and convert leads into memberships Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our premium matchmaking services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and expectations Provide tailored recommendations and support throughout their matchmaking journey Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with clients to understand their requirements better Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and improve service offerings.

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service (preferably in the matrimonial , banking, Insurance, or service industry). Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach. Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals. A Person who stays in or near

or ready to commute to this place. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in handling outbound calls and converting leads into successful sales Knowledge of CRM tools and sales techniques is a plus.
