Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a
Sales Professional
. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding clients through their matchmaking journey while driving sales of our premium services. The position requires proactive engagement with prospective and existing clients through calls, consultations, and in-person meetings. You will be responsible for meeting sales goals, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively connect with potential clients via outbound calls and follow-ups to explain services and convert leads into memberships.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by promoting premium matchmaking services.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Provide personalized recommendations and continuous support throughout the matchmaking process.
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face consultations to better understand client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and refine service offerings.
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service (experience in the matrimonial, banking, insurance, or service industry preferred).
Strong communication and persuasive abilities with a customer-first approach.
Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Based in or willing to commute to

.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in outbound calling, lead conversion, and sales closure.
Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales techniques is an added advantage.
