Key Skills & Requirements:

Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream) - Freshers or experienced candidates can apply. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment. Comfortable with rotational shifts & offs (24/7 work environment). Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools is an advantage. Prior experience in international voice/non-voice process will be preferred.
