We\'ll trust you to: Partner with technology teams to design and deliver learning programs that develop key competencies in areas of front-end web development and UI/UX Manage, enhance, and deliver our signature boot-camp training programs for new hires across key centers globally and ongoing programs as required Collaborate with Operations to identify training and development needs, plan monthly calendar and deliver ad-hoc trainings round the year Identify and develop new learning content in the form of e-learning modules, presentations and learning videos that can be accessed by teams globally through our learning platform Monitor training quality and effectiveness and ensure the training program is aligned to the business needs of the Group, also develop new programs to meet emerging training requirements. What you\'ll need to have: 6-10 years of experience with: HTML and CSS CSS Preprocessors like SASS / SCSS and LESS CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind or any CSS framework JavaScript with OOPS concepts and Typescript Angular \' Basic: Angular basic, Lifecycle methods, Component data binding, Input/Output, Directives, Pipes. \' Advanced: Services and dependency Injection, Routing, Observables, Angular forms. \' Design Patterns: MVC pattern, SOLID pattern, Strategy pattern, Visitor pattern React \' Basic: Virtual DOM, state, props, Class and Function based components \' Advanced: Context API, Custom Hooks, Error Boundaries, HOCs Evalueserve.com Pvt.
