Job responsibilities of HR would be:

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs. Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications. Forecast future hiring needs based on business growth and manpower planning. Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring. Develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Handle direct sourcing, headhunting, and networking activities. Review resumes and applications to match candidate qualifications to job requirements. Conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations. Shortlist and present qualified profiles to hiring managers. Schedule and coordinate interviews with line managers and department heads. Gather interview feedback and communicate outcomes to candidates. Maintain a smooth flow of communication between candidates and stakeholders throughout the process. Onboarding of new hires Documentation ID card Issuance HRMS Data entry Filing Other HR operational activities as and when required
