Role Overview:



We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven

Telesales

personnel to join our ABPWeddings team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining the platform's benefits, and converting leads into memberships.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain ABPWeddings' offerings. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate membership solutions. Convert warm leads into paid memberships by effective communication and persuasion. Maintain records of calls, customer details, and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up on leads regularly to ensure higher conversion rates. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned. Handle customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the sales and marketing team for feedback and process improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Bengali. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. Ability to handle objections and rejections positively. Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualification & Experience:



Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant telesales or telecalling experience. 1-3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or similar roles (preferred). At least a minimum of 6 months of experience in the relevant field is preferred. Experience in dating / matrimony industry is a boon.
