Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales personnel to join our ABPWeddings team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining the platform's benefits, and converting leads into memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain ABPWeddings' offerings. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership plans. Convert leads into paid memberships while achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Address customer queries courteously and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills in Bengali. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. Ability to handle objections and rejections positively. Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualification & Experience:

Graduation is a must for this role.

1-3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or similar roles (preferred). At least a minimum of 6 months of experience in the relevant field is preferred. Experience in the dating/matrimony industry will be an added advantage.
