Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for Marketing, Sales, and Business Development of Cascades*.
Collaborate with local management, sales, and operations teams, as well as Corporate Functional teams, to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes across regional and sub-regional businesses. Develop and execute local business plans, including budgeting for revenue, costs, and profitability. Discuss and finalize marketing strategies with senior management for effective implementation. Personally visit potential, new, and existing customers to generate and support new business opportunities.
