JD :-
We are looking to hire a highly experienced Activation & Production Professional with 10 15 years of relevant experience in rural and urban marketing activations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of on-ground execution, production workflows, and vendor management across multiple formats.
Role deliverables :-
End-to-end execution of rural and urban roadshows, dealer activations, and brand campaigns
Overseeing dealer board production, in-shop branding, wall painting, and digital wall painting projects
Vendor sourcing, costing, and quality control across various geographies
Managing execution teams and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables
Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and ground-level challenges
Liaising with internal teams and clients for alignment on execution strategy and creative adaptation
Mandatory Skills required :-
10 15 years in BTL, activations, and production-heavy roles
Hands-on experience in rural activations, dealer branding, and wall painting campaigns
Deep knowledge of production and fabrication processes across different media
Ability to manage large-scale multi-location campaigns
Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
Optional Skills required :-
Ability to multitask under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
Managing operations team
