Job Description

A Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue and market share by securing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They focus on attracting corporate travel, group bookings, and events to the hotel, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize revenue. They also analyze market trends and develop sales strategies to improve occupancy rates and overall revenue. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Implementation:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.

Sales Activities:

Conduct sales calls, site inspections, client presentations, and hotel familiarization visits.

Negotiation & Contract Management:

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate with other hotel departments (e.g., F&B, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track and report sales performance metrics, including revenue projections and booking trends.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
