Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive sales professional with experience in industrial packaging solutions. The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and supporting business growth across key regions.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Purchase and User departments to finalize sales deals
Build strong product knowledge across packaging machines and tools
Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target industries
Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to improve sales and profitability
Grow business through new client acquisition and retention of existing clients
Prepare quotations, schedule meetings, and demonstrate product capabilities
Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support and relationship building
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Performance Expectations
Meet or exceed product sales targets
Support initiatives that enhance product profitability
Drive product growth in assigned regions or client accounts

Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial packaging sales
Experience with strapping machines/tools, tapping machines, wrapping machines, and related consumables is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Must own a two-wheeler and be open to frequent travel
