o Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
o Serves customers by helping them select products.
o Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing
product knowledge.
o Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
o Assists customers with purchase decisions.
o Prepare payment advice receipt using the store point of sale system.
o Be connected to the customer for conversion to the business need.
o Maximize the conversion ratio.
o Be polite and soft spoken to the customer or patron.
o Capable enough to understand the store layout and appearance quickly.
o Must be ready to attend exhibition.
