The Head - Performance Marketing & Branding will own end-to-end brand building, digital performance, and growth marketing strategy to drive revenue, market share, brand recall, and ROI-led campaigns across domestic and international markets.
The role balances brand storytelling + data-driven performance to scale business growth sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Growth
Own and optimize paid media performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, marketplaces, and emerging platforms
Drive ROI-focused acquisition strategies (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV)
Design and execute growth funnels (awareness conversion retention)
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets aligned with revenue goals
Lead A/B testing, audience segmentation, retargeting, and attribution models
2. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and own the brand vision, tone, and narrative across all touchpoints
Ensure consistent brand identity across packaging, digital, offline, PR, and internal communications
Build long-term brand equity while supporting short-term performance goals
Lead brand launches, rebranding initiatives, and campaign storytelling
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (Digital + ATL + BTL)
Collaborate with Sales, NPD, E-commerce, Export & Corporate teams
Oversee creative strategy for ads, videos, influencers, content, and collaterals
Manage product launches, festive campaigns, trade marketing & exhibitions
4. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Own marketing dashboards, KPI scorecards, and growth reports
Translate data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making
Monitor market trends, competitor benchmarking, and consumer behavior
Present monthly performance reviews to Leadership / MD / Board
5. Team Leadership & Agency Management
Build and lead high-performance internal teams (Performance, Content, Design, Branding)
Manage external agencies, influencers, creative partners, and vendors
Coach team members on execution excellence and strategic thinking
Set KRAs, review performance, and drive accountability culture
6. Budget & ROI Ownership
Own and optimize annual marketing budgets
Ensure cost efficiency, ROI maximization, and spend transparency
Balance brand investment vs performance output
