We are seeking for Fabrication Engineer:
Basic Skills.

• Defence and construction New Products Introductions
• New Machine, JGJT's, fixturing, process mapping & installation & Handover line set up for manufacturing.
• M.BOM Finalization, JGFT/Tools, Raw material & Consumables Part Code Creation.
• Planning for production capacity, inventory, material flow, layouts, Machine OEE, Line Balancing, and PFEP for Complete manufacturing shop- Fabrication, Painting & assembly Line including documentation such as SOP, PFD, CP, PFMEA, PPAP.
• Project Capex Budgeting, PR, PO, ABG, and PBG, planning, monitoring, execution & handover.
• Responsible for ISO: 9001, ISO: 18001, OSHAS, EHS Audits & documentation for complete manufacturing
• Monthly MIS generation for manufacturing, ISO, 5S, Rework, Red tagging, Production efficiency, Continual Improvements, Vehicle Qualify issue closing, B/D time reduction etc.

Duties/Responsibilities
The job responsibilities are as follows

• Adhere to assembly safety standards
• Assist in transporting shells and tanks
• Assist mechanics and machinists in repair work
• Dismantle, repair, and re-assemble various production accessories
• Ensure all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and screwed in
• Fabricate equipment or accessories to new equipment
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Follow job safety analysis
• Keep tool area in order
• Maintain a production schedule
• Maintain daily time records
• Mark cutting lines on material
• Operate hand tools as required
• Operate plant and mobile equipment
• Participate in product development meetings
• Perform all welding and fabrication activities
• Perform general housekeeping of work area
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees
• Read/interpret shop orders, drawings, etc.
• Report and detail product malfunctions
• Set up and operate fabrication machines
• Test products for their functionality
• Troubleshoot production line machinery to minimize problems
• Verify dimensions and product specifications
• Perform other related duties as assigned
