? Experience of successfully delivering projects in areas such as: Business Process Modeling strategy, process management or data management business process design and modeling, business process improvement, BPML tool deployment, etc. ? Strong process excellence experience for key usage scenarios ranging from business diagnostic, organization design, business process design, re-engineering and change management to system implementation ? To work with leading Natural Resources companies, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges ? Is expected to work competently within one geography, or with close supervision, across geographies ? Data and Analytics experience ? Strong knowledge of Process Optimization: Provide business process method and tool expertise for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of business processes in Natural Resources industry (Knowledge and usage of BPM tools-ARIS is mandatory) ? Strong Project Management and Change Management Experience: Should have working knowledge of the Project Management tools and methods and must have executed change management drives ? Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues ? Strong oral and written communications skills ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
