Job description : Job Title : Mechanical Design Engineer Qualification: BE (MECHANICAL) Experience : 2 to 3years (with relevant Experience) Package : 18k to 25k Location : Thirumulaivoyal Timing : 9.00am to 5.30pm Key Skills : 3D MODELING & DRAFTING(SOLIDWORKS), 2D (AUTOCAD) (laser cutting),MACHINING KNOWLEDGE (vmc, cnc, m1tr,edm..etc) , MATERIAL KNOWLEDGE ,STATIC SIMULATION (SOLIDWORKS), GD& T KNOWLEDGE, QUALITY INSPECTION, JIGS AND FIXTURES KNOWLEDGE Roles & Responsibilities:- \xc2\xb7 To Design, Draft 2D, perform FEA for mechanical based products and other related components using CAD & Analysis Software \xc2\xb7 To Design and develop Jigs & Fixtures required for testing \xc2\xb7 Handling new projects from conceptual ideas/ design till completion of product proving \xc2\xb7 Involving in Testing of newly developed products along with Troubleshooting \xc2\xb7 Implementing design improvements like cost reduction, functional enhancement and ensuring product standardization to existing products. \xc2\xb7 Inspecting the manufactured components and proceeding for production \xc2\xb7 To create BOM, vendor selection for manufacturing and doing material study before execution About Company : Seetha Ram Mechatronics Pvt Ltd are manufacturers of Sensors and Transducers for Physical Parameters and solutions for IOT Ecosystem.
