We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive (Pre-Sales) Trainee to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
o Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for IT products and services. o Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
o Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
o Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Marketing
o Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, events, webinars).
o Work with the technical team to understand offerings and create marketing collateral.
o Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
o Manage company's online presence (website updates, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong understanding of IT services, software products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, customer handling, and relationship-building skills.
Open to business travel as part of sales and marketing responsibilities.
