Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive
Marketing Manager
to lead branding initiatives for Swastik Productions, support the growth of our digital footprint, and coordinate closely with our PR partners. This role will also be the key point of contact for any external communication or queries regarding
Swastik Bhoomi Studio
.
Key Responsibilities
Swastik Branding & Visibility
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen the Swastik Productions brand across industry events, social platforms, and partnerships
Liaise with internal Digital & Creative teams for promotional content, presentations, and branding collaterals
Website Management
Manage and update the official Swastik website regularly with latest content, news, and project updates
Work closely with developers and designers to ensure the site is engaging, responsive, and aligned with brand goals
Monitor performance metrics (SEO, analytics, etc.) and suggest optimizations
PR Coordination & Media Engagement
Coordinate with external PR agencies for press releases, media outreach, and coverage tracking
Draft and review press materials, ensuring brand tone and positioning are upheld
Facilitate interviews, feature stories, and media interactions with company leadership and artists
Bhoomi Studio Communications
Serve as the primary contact for all external queries related to Bhoomi Studio - bookings, studio visits, etc.
Coordinate with commercial & Bhoomi team to facilitate the execution of new projects at Bhoomi Studio.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
5+ years of marketing/ branding experience, preferably in entertainment, media, new age companies or production industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of SEO
should have demonstrated expertise in crafting and successfully implementing "Below The Line" marketing strategies - focuses on direct, personalized interactions with a specific target audience, rather than mass media exposure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
