Sales Engineer
to promote and sell our shredding machines and waste-processing equipment. The candidate should be able to understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposals, and provide end-to-end support from inquiry to order closing. The role involves technical expertise, communication skills, and a strong understanding of
Experience :- At least 3- 5 Years + in Mechanical Sales Handling
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
Key Role:- Good Communication Skills (Communicate clearly both orally and in writing)
Spearheading Sales & Marketing Operations PAN India
Identify new business opportunities in
MSW plants, waste-to-energy, recycling industries, municipal corporations, and private contractors
.
Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase in market share for the complete product range
Understand customer needs and recommend the suitable
shredder model, capacity, and technical configuration
.
Conduct
site visits
, evaluate material (MSW/RDF/biomass) characteristics, and suggest suitable machinery.
Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and support the sales process until
final order closure
.
Ability to travel for client meetings, site surveys, and exhibitions.
Thorough understanding of Sales Operations, and developing Sales Teams is highly desirable
Ability to achieve targets & maintain quality of detailed work
Interested for sale tour met with client on regular client
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
