Position : Legal Consultant (Full Time)

Qualification: LLB

Experience : 5+ Yrs

Salary : Best in the industry

Job Responsibilities:

Independently handling day to day court matters pending in several court

Proficiency in handling cases under section 138 (cheque bouncing)

Expertise in filling of summary suits for recovery of dues

Handling employee matters i.e. issuing letters, Legal Notices, Filling matter before court

Appears before several court including High Court independently

Adept in Vetting of Documents, Agreement, etc.

Advising on legal issues to the management and ability to give logical solutions

Prior experience in corporate legal practice with a Listed Company

Thorough knowledge of local laws

Maintaining & updating reports on outdoor visits and completed matters/cases
