Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Manager to lead our manufacturing
operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roll forming processes and prior
experience in MMS manufacturing. This role involves overseeing the entire production lifecycle,
from project initiation and equipment selection to full-scale manufacturing and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Implementation:

xe2x97xa6 Collaborate with the project team during the initial stages to plan and set up the
manufacturing facility.
xe2x97xa6 Evaluate and select appropriate machinery and equipment for roll forming and MMS
production.
xe2x97xa6 Develop and implement production workflows and standard operating procedures
(SOPs).

• Production Management:

xe2x97xa6 Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and timely production.
xe2x97xa6 Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.
xe2x97xa6 Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards.

• Team Leadership:

xe2x97xa6 Recruit, train, and manage production staff, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement.
xe2x97xa6 Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
xe2x97xa6 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

• Process Optimization:

xe2x97xa6 Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce
costs.
xe2x97xa6 Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into manufacturing
processes.
xe2x97xa6 Collaborate with the engineering team to implement design changes that facilitate
manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications:

• Education:

xe2x97xa6 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience:

xe2x97xa6 Minimum of 5 years of experience in roll forming manufacturing processes.
xe2x97xa6 Prior experience in MMS manufacturing is highly desirable.
xe2x97xa6 Proven track record of managing production teams and implementing manufacturing
projects.

• Skills:

xe2x97xa6 Strong knowledge of roll forming equipment and processes.
xe2x97xa6 Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
xe2x97xa6 Proficient in production planning and quality control methodologies.
xe2x97xa6 Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
xe2x97xa6 Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing.
Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in setting up new manufacturing facilities or production lines.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
