We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our HR processes and practices align with the overall business strategy, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the company's compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Lead the recruitment and selection process by developing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues. Mediate disputes and implement solutions that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Training & Development:
Design and implement training programs to support employees' career development, skill enhancement, and leadership growth.
Performance Management:
Develop and maintain performance management systems, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee the company's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring competitive salary structures and administering benefits programs.
Compliance:
Ensure all HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Employee Engagement:
Develop strategies to promote employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Organize team-building activities and recognition programs
HR Reporting:
Maintain HR metrics and data, providing regular reports to management regarding turnover, employee satisfaction, recruitment efforts, and more.
Policy Development:
Develop, review, and update company HR policies and employee handbooks in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
Experience:
At least 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
Strong understanding of HR practices, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience with HR software and tools
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
