Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical, non-technical, and plant-based positions. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, references, and campus drives. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further interview rounds. Coordinate with departmental heads to understand manpower requirements. Manage onboarding formalities and ensure smooth joining of selected candidates.

2. Database Management:

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Prepare recruitment status reports for management review.
