An HR Executive is responsible for handling daily HR tasks like recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll, and supporting the HR team in all employee-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings and screen resumes
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees
Maintain employee records and update databases
Monitor daily attendance and leave records
Handle basic payroll support and salary queries
Support in employee engagement and training activities
Help organize HR events, induction, and meetings
Follow HR policies and ensure rules are followed
Coordinate with different departments for HR needs
Required Skills:
Good communication and people skills
Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Team player with good organizational skills
Qualification:
Any graduate (preferably MBA in HR)
Freshers or 2-5 years of experience in HR
