Manage queries and doubts of the Online Sellers Providing real-time resolution for a better purchase experience. Understanding the problems facing by the customer and working according to that. Interacting with logistics and warehouse teams for the better update for the resolution. Reaching out customer in email or calls (if necessary) for briefly understanding the issues raised by customer. Ensuring that the product reaches in time by continuously be in touch with logistic team. Giving timely update to customer in email about the ticket raised by customer.
