Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Management: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Sales & Presentation: Present and demonstrate interior products and services, develop tailored solutions to meet client needs, and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, effectively close sales deals, and work towards achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration: Work with design, project, and marketing teams to align sales strategies, develop proposals, and ensure client requirements are met.

Market & Product Knowledge: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products in the interior market.

Reporting & CRM: Track sales performance using CRM software, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular reports to management.

Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent post-sales support and address client issues to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
