Position: Associate - (Formulation Development - OSD Oral Solid Dosage)
Work location: MDC Andheri
Working days: 5 days/week
Work timings: 8.5 Hrs.
Contract: Auto renewable
Payroll: Talisman staffing
Experience Required: 1-2 years in formulation development (Tablets & Capsules)
Education: M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
Work on OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing activities within R&D, including formulation development of tablets and capsules
Adhere to site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Quality Management System (QMS).
Initiate and manage Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for APIs, raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), tooling, and other development-related resources.
Execute product development trials and ensure thorough documentation in compliance with SOPs.
Support laboratory maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
Manufacture stability batches and manage their placement into stability studies.
Coordinate with the analytical department for submission and analysis of samples from development trials, stability studies, and raw materials.
Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment as required.
Effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent projects. * Perform any additional tasks assigned by management in alignment with departmental goals.
