Salary:

?15,000 to ?20,000 per month

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Experience in handling phone, email, and social media queries Knowledge of CRM systems and customer data management Ability to manage orders, payments, and delivery processes Skilled in guiding customers to choose the right products Capable of handling complaints professionally and calmly Experienced in fixing appointments based on client availability Responsible for collecting reviews and feedback from customers Team leadership and collaboration skills Customer-first attitude with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty

Additional Requirements:

Should be able to promote our mobile application among customers visiting retail stores Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

Strong convincing skills and self-motivation to work independently
