1. FG Warehousing ManagementResponsible for the location planning, positioning management and quantity control of FG in the warehouse, strictly following the FIFO principle to ensure orderly and traceable storage of finished products.

2. Production and Shipment SupportBased on core requirements such as production plans and shipment plans, complete the overall preparation of FG in advance to ensure the efficient execution of production links as planned and guarantee the smooth connection of the shipment process.

3. Inventory and Financial ComplianceOrganize monthly inventory counting of FG, verify the consistency between physical quantities and accounting records, and cooperate with the finance department to complete regular audits. Provide required inventory data and relevant materials to ensure financial compliance.

4. Cross-Departmental CollaborationProactively connect with the PMC Department to synchronize plan information, collaborate with the production department to link the supply of finished products, cooperate with the quality department to conduct random quality inspections of FG and link with the sales department to meet shipment needs. Ensure smooth information flow and efficient collaboration in all links.

5. WMS System MaintenanceMaintain the normal operation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), regularly check and update FG-related data (including quantity and storage locations) in the system, and ensure the consistency between physical finished products, actual storage locations and WMS records.

6. Warehouse Safety ManagementTake charge of the safety management of warehouse staff and goods: formulate and supervise the implementation of safety operation specifications for staff, conduct regular safety training and inspections; take protective measures for finished soft-packaged products to prevent damage, loss or contamination, ensuring the safety of both personnel and goods.
