Note: This role will be on payroll of Talisman HR Solutions
:

• Annual Appointment/onboarding of new and existing distributors which include review of Distribution agreement for India and South Asia. Total Distributors 75+
• Preparing Quarterly Agreement and Amendments of Distributors for India and South Asia 150+

(a) Controlling and updating Customer Masters
(b) their agreement and amendments

• Distributor Price management:

(a) Maintaining distributor price sheet
(b) Ensure that billing to the distributor is in accordance with agreement and price approvals.

• Distributors TPDD (Third Party Due Diligence) & Denied Party Screening on a Quarterly basis and initiation TPDD leverage whenever required.
• Distributor Inventory Management: Initiate Stock & sale Statement for PCIO & VP Business Quarterly.

• Supporting Audits requirements:Statutory Audit: Stat Audit , Sales_TOC & TOD Samples

Internal Audit: KPMG Internal Audit | Order to Cash | Samples

• MIS, Reports and Forms:

(a) Reconciliation of Material Movement
(b) Reports of Agreement & Amendment made during the Qtr.
(c) work on SJM PCF form and Order form.
(d) Making of Sales reports on weekly basis

• Record Management: Maintain proper record of all work-related submission, records, E-mails communications and approvals and have easy retrieval of records with respect to warehouse and distributor Inventory reports, credit and debit notes, claim documents, etc.

Work on Financial incentive Credit Notes for Quarter.
