Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all civil work at construction site
- Prepare and verify BOQs, estimates, and bar bending schedules
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality & safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and maintain proper documentation
- Conduct layout, leveling, and surveying as required
- Manage material usage and prevent wastage
- Monitor project timelines and assist in planning and execution
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Quantity Estimation
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and IS codes
- Practical knowledge of building materials and site activities
- Team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- knowledge of billing, measurements, and contractor management
Salary 5 Lac To 6 Lac P.A.
