2)Explain company products and their benefits

3)Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.

4)Follow up on previous calls and maintain a high conversion rate.

5)Selling our products to retailers or wholesalers

6)Achieve monthly sales targets.

7)Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

8)Addressing customer grievances and query

Skills required

1 )good communication and convincing skills

2) knowledge of basic mathematics and excel

3) upselling and cross- selling
