We have the following opportunity for B2B Sales Manager with a global textile service company (in the manufacturing sector) in Kolkata.
JD :-
The Sales Manager will lead a team of young sales professionals and will drive Sales for the area.
B2B industry
Should have done majorly direct sales (not with channel partners and distributors)
Should be a people manager (employees whose careers he/she is responsible for. Not delivery reps or distributor reps)
Excellent communication skills
Both these roles are being looked at as successor to the unit head roles. So we need high calibre, high quality candidates.
7+ yrs of experience
To pitch the company to various B2B industries
Preferable industries : Heavy machinery, Sales industry, Automation, Paints, Chemicals
