We have an opportunities for Associate Digital Manager (social media) with a reputed advertising agency in Mumbai.

JD :-
Planning, executing, and monitoring Clients' social media campaigns across various platforms. Increase Clients' brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and drive website traffic by creating and publishing engaging content, growing social media communities, and tracking social media metrics. Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns. Create and maintain a consistent and effective social media presence for the Clients' brands.
The role will have to generate actionable consumer insights, craft data-informed social media strategies, and ensure alignment between Clients' brand objectives and audience needs. The role requires a balance of analytical thinking and knowledge of social media campaign planning & execution.
Role deliverables :-
Creating effective social media marketing campaigns as per Clients' brief
Developing and executing content calendars as per Clients' brief
Creating and nurturing social media communities for Clients'
Staying updated about the latest social media trends
Tracking social media metrics for Clients' campaigns
Collaborate closely with creative, account management, and operations teams during campaign development.
Build and present strategic decks and idea presentations for internal and client meetings.
Participate in client workshops, briefings, and feedback sessions to align on campaign goals.
Drive Social Media campaigns for the company
Mandatory Skills required :-
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
Creating and managing social media campaigns, crafting engaging content, analysing KPIs, and engaging with social media communities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nuanced understanding of the latest social media trends
Ability to create effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns
Passion for consumer behaviour, pop culture, and emerging trends.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
Experience with social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, etc & tools like Google Analytics
Qualifications :-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant social media experience in an advertising / digital marketing agency .
Language Proficiency Required:
English Professional proficiency (spoken and written).
