Role:Admin-Assistant Executive
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR,Business Adminstration or related field.
Salary:25K to 30K (Monthly)
Work Location: Manapakkam,Chennai
Languages Preferred: English,Tamil,Hindi
Responsibilities:
Good Communication skills.
Handle end to end recruitment: Job posting, screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding
.Maintain employee records and HR database
Manage attendance, leave records and payroll coordination.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Handle travel arrangements, accommodation and logistics for staff ad workers.
Oversee office supplies, inventory and vendor management.
Petty cash management for employees and company.
Document submission for GST monthly, yearly and coordinating with auditor for other statutory filings.
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.
Ensure proper filing systems for company documents and records.
