Job Description

  • JD -
  • Vendor management, vendor evaluation etc.
  • End to end coordination with landlords, suppliers etc.
  • Responsible for branch repair & maintenance.
  • General office administration, record keeping.
  • Invoice validation and processing.
  • Facilities management, housekeeping, security services etc.
  • Stok taking and maintaining data.
  • Monitoring day to day branch activities.
  • Regularly visit nearby branches and ensure smooth branch functions in terms of Administration point of view.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook etc.
  • Working days (5 or 6) - 6 days (1st & 2nd Saturday will be off)
  • Shift timings - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Payroll - Talisman HR
