Job Description

We are currently hiring for Accounts Receivable Associates for one of our partner organization. Provides support to the accounting/finance team, with a high attention to detail Monitors customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities Provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers Processes credit card transactions and manages new and existing recurring credit cards Initiates invoicing and follows through with collection efforts while maintaining customer relationships Files documentation for audit trail Conducts account research and analysis Maintains accurate aging report Coordinates with an outside collection agency for collections on exceedingly delinquent accounts Contributes toward continued requirement of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance Ability to perform routine situations and procedures with moderate supervision Excellent customer service skills Strong team player with ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise organization Ability to communicate effectively, both written and over the phone A high degree of accuracy with attention to detail Strong understanding of billing, collections, accounts receivable, and invoicing Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, strategically, and creatively High degree of organizational skills to balance and prioritize a multitude of requests and initiaves Ability to interact effectively with multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment Requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools Bachelor\'s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience 2+ years of experience in relevant field Experience with Microsoft applications
