Rajlaxmi Home Products Pvt Ltd (RHPL) is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive join our Finance Team. We are looking for an accountant to ensure accounting quality and efficiency. The new hire will be actively involved in every step of accounting process from overlooking Data entry to Finalisation of Books of accounts for audit and other purposes.

RHPL is a company specializing in the manufacturing of men's and women's jeans, along with a diverse range of other apparel for various large brands. In addition to its B2B operations, RHPL has a robust direct-to-consumer (D2C) business model, selling its products on various online apparel platforms. RHPL's operations are primarily based in the state of Maharashtra, where it leverages its extensive manufacturing capabilities and strategic location to efficiently serve its clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records in Tally ERP, including bank transactions and investments
Record share purchase/sale entries and rental income
Manage internal loan tracking and personal banking activities
Assist with income tax filings and preparation of financial summaries
Handle travel-related payments and coordination
Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards, with proficiency in GST, TDS and other applicable taxation regulations and compliance requirement.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven capability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in accounting software, specifically Tally Prime.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent degree in accounting or related fields.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting in the relevant field.
