Roles and Responsibilities:*
1. *Records Management:*
- Maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory/unit.
2. *Training and Evaluation:*
- Enroll adopted contractors in required training programs.
- Evaluate contractors\' on-site proficiency.
- Ensure new product training and usage are pitched and provided.
3. *Business Engagement:*
- Track and promote the business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints.
- Ensure contractors meet mandatory requirements and assist in their progression through the tier hierarchy.
4. *Site Assistance:*
- Conduct site evaluations.
- Provide on-site assistance for adopted contractors.
5. *Coordination:*
- Coordinate with Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and other retail team members as needed.
*Requirements:*
- *Driving License:* Must have a valid driving license.
- *Transportation:* Must own a bike.
- *Education:* Graduate or MBA.
