to join our engineering and simulation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)
using OpenFOAM and will contribute to solving complex fluid flow, heat transfer, and multiphysics problems across industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy, and process engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, run, and analyze
CFD simulations
using OpenFOAM.
Develop custom solvers, boundary conditions, and utilities when required.
Pre-process geometry and mesh generation (snappyHexMesh, blockMesh, etc.).
Post-process simulation data and prepare detailed technical reports.
Validate simulation results with analytical solutions or experimental data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design and R&D projects.
Optimize simulation workflows for accuracy, stability, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience with
OpenFOAM
(solvers, meshing, case setup, post-processing).
Strong knowledge of
fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer
.
Experience with meshing tools (snappyHexMesh, cfMesh, ANSA, or similar).
Proficiency in
Linux/Unix
environments.
Familiarity with Python/Matlab/ParaView for data handling and visualization.
Preferred Skills
Experience in
turbulence modeling (RANS, LES, DNS)
.
Familiarity with
multiphase flow, combustion, or aeroacoustics
simulations.
Scripting for automation of simulation workflows.
